Common ‘Bloody’ Sense Unit
Oh Boy! Talk about frustration plus!! What exactly is it that they teach these youngsters back at uni? Well, I have just spent the entire morning searching frantically for an urgent and extremely expensive prescription for a regular patient Tony King.
Naturally it wasn’t filed under ‘K’ for King or even ‘T’ for Tony that would be too easy. So I had to try and get into the mind of my young trainee and work out what totally illogical filing system they could come up with. I tried ‘A’ for Anthony, then ‘J’ and ‘L’ in case it was filed behind or in front of ‘K’, then ‘S’ and ‘U’ for the same reason as ‘J’ and ‘L’. Then ‘B’ for Betty( his wife’s name).
Bloody Hell! Where the hell else? So I had to admit defeat, (should have bloody well done this in the first place) and phoned my student up, in the middle of class or not! And well how simple was that. How could I not have possibly come up with that perfectly logical place. Of course, it was filed under ’M’ for Mr King.
